About the Role

Are you passionate about horses and seeking to work in a premier equestrian setting? Join us at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as an Equestrian Assistant. You\'ll support the daily operations of our on-site equestrian centre, caring for horses and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Daily horse care including mucking out, feeding, grooming, and exercising
  2. Preparing horses for lessons, hacks, and guest activities
  3. Supporting riding instructors during sessions and pony rides
  4. Maintaining cleanliness and safety of stables and equipment
  5. Welcoming guests and ensuring a high-quality equestrian experience
  6. Assisting with special events and children’s activities as needed

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience working with horses is essential
  2. Confident, calm, and friendly demeanor around horses and people
  3. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  4. High standards of cleanliness and organization
  5. Riding experience is a plus but not required
  6. BHS qualifications or similar are advantageous
