Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join Pavyllon London. Chef Alléno is one of France's most celebrated and inventive chefs, holding seventeen Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. His work has been recognised by The World's 50 Best Restaurants, with Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris both achieving significant acclaim. About the Role: As a Demi Chef de Partie at Pavyllon London, you will work closely with our talented and passionate kitchen team to craft dishes that embody Chef Alléno's philosophy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to continue developing your culinary skills in a creative and forward thinking environment, using outstanding ingredients and modern methods.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes
  • Support the training and development of Commis Chefs
