This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
Ten Trinity Square Private Member’s Club is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
About Ten Trinity Square Private Club:
Located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge Square, the Ten Trinity Square Private Club occupies the original second‑floor boardrooms and executive offices of this historic building. With hand‑carved walnut panelling and ornate ceilings, these spaces have been preserved and transformed into elegant clubrooms. The Club also houses the residents’ and members’ wine store and features the Château Latour Discovery Room and Dining Room.
The Role:
As a Bartender, you will be the face of the Club bar, delivering exceptional beverage service to members and guests. You will:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and creativity
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our curated wine and spirits selection, including Château Latour vintages
- Provide personalized recommendations and create memorable experiences for members
- Ensure the bar area is impeccably presented and fully stocked at all times
- Collaborate with the Club team to support events and private functions
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury service and attention to detail
What You Bring:
- A minimum of two years’ bartending experience, ideally in a luxury or private club setting
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, cocktails, and premium spirits
- A passion for hospitality and delivering personalized service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A professional, polished appearance and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and special events
- The Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours:
Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club opens Monday to Friday, so candidates must be available to work on these days. Club hours are 7am – 11pm.
