About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.
Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair

Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable moments

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role
What you bring:

Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment

Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction

Schedule and hours:

This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

Typical working hours will be in the evenings, but flexibility is required to work day shifts

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required
