Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for an experienced and motivated Stewarding Supervisor to join our Back of House team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a well organised, safe and efficient environment that supports our culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
About the Role: As our Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key part in the smooth running of our Back of House operations. You will support the Stewarding Manager in leading and guiding the team, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety across all kitchen and stewarding areas.
What you will do:
- Lead, support and motivate the Stewarding team during daily operations
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned, sanitised and stored to Four Seasons standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all Back of House areas, including dish rooms, kitchens and storage areas
- Oversee correct handling, storage and rotation of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ensure all safety, hygiene and food handling standards are consistently followed
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Support stock control, inventory checks and replenishment of supplies
- Communicate effectively with the culinary and food and beverage teams to support smooth service

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high end hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments
- A positive approach and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
