Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club, located in Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, is looking for aDemi Chef de Partieto join the team.
Set within the former headquarters of the Port of London Authority, one of London’s iconic historical landmarks, the Club presents a unique partnership between Reignwood, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Château Latour.
The Club has been shaped around the boardrooms and executive offices of the original building, and includes the distinctive Chairman’s Room, a specially curated Library and Billiards Room, The Members’ Bar and Dining Room, a unique Cigar Shop and Sampling Lounge and a Château Latour Discovery and Dining experience.
The Role of the Private Members Club Demi Chef de Partie:
The Demi Chef de Partie forms an integral part of the Club Kitchen team. This kitchen is responsible for Members’ Dining Room and the Château Latour Dining Room.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

Assist in the training and development of Commis Chefs

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for Club members

Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of excellence and professionalism
What you bring:

Previous experience in the role in a luxury environment required

Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)

Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills

Schedule and hours:
This is a 40 hour per week contract. The Club is open Monday to Friday, and does not open on bank holidays. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts including mornings and evenings.
