This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Casual Banqueting Server to join our Banqueting & Events team.
The Role
As a Casual Banqueting Server, you will play an important part in delivering seamless, memorable experiences for our guests across a variety of events. From intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets, you’ll provide warm, attentive service and showcase your knowledge of food and beverage offerings with confidence and professionalism.
This is a casual role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours in a dynamic, luxury hotel environment.
What you will do
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banqueting events
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care
- Share knowledge of menus and preparation methods with confidence
- Ensure tables, service areas, and event spaces are kept clean and well-presented
- Work collaboratively with the banqueting and culinary teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
What you bring
- Previous experience as a server, ideally within a luxury hotel, events, or fine dining environment
- A strong background in guest service with a genuine passion for hospitality
