Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Back of House Supervisor who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The role:
As a Back of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. You will support the Stewarding leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the pot wash and dishwashing areas, ensuring all kitchen and restaurant materials are properly maintained and hygienically cleaned.
What you will do:

Supervise the daily operations of the dishwasher areas.

Ensure all dishes, silverware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Support and guide the stewarding team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Uphold and enforce the hotel’s recycling and sustainability policies.

Monitor inventory and assist in the maintenance of stewarding equipment and supplies.
