The role
As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will support the Pastry team in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastry items across the hotel. Working under the guidance of senior pastry chefs, you will be involved in daily mise en place, service preparation, and maintaining the high standards expected at Four Seasons. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a structured kitchen, learn best practices, and develop your skills alongside experienced culinary professionals.

- Assist with the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and baked items
