Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our Culinary team. The role

As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will support the Pastry team in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastry items across the hotel. Working under the guidance of senior pastry chefs, you will be involved in daily mise en place, service preparation, and maintaining the high standards expected at Four Seasons. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a structured kitchen, learn best practices, and develop your skills alongside experienced culinary professionals.

What you will do

  • Assist with the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and baked items
  • Follow recipes, methods, and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support service for restaurants, banqueting, and events as required
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
  • Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory practices
  • Work collaboratively with the wider pastry and kitchen team
