The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Spa Attendant to join our team, who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The role:
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class spa experience. You will assist the Spa Team in providing impeccable service at all times to our guests, ensuring that every detail contributes to a serene and luxurious environment.
What you will do:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, Vitality Pool, Fitness Centre, 10th Floor Lounge, and shower facilities.
- Ensure all areas are fully stocked with towels, amenities, and refreshments.
- Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable guest service, including spa orientation and directions.
- Support therapists and spa reception with operational needs to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
