The role:

  • As our Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
  • You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them.
  • You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menus, ingredients, and beverages.
