Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Commis Chef for our Pavyllon Restaurant. Chef Yannick Alléno is one of France's most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 17 Michelin stars across his 19 restaurants. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno's philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
The role: As Pastry Commis Chef, you will play an integral part in our pastry kitchen team. You'll work across our three kitchens, preparing mise-en-place and supporting service, while gaining exposure to all pastry sections. This is a front-facing role, so a passion for both culinary excellence and guest interaction is essential.

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry items
- Support the Pastry Chef and team in daily operations and service
- Rotate through all pastry sections to gain comprehensive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Engage with guests when required, delivering a warm and professional experience
- Contribute to the creativity and innovation of the pastry offering
