Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef to join our Main Kitchen Pastry team. The role As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will support the day to day operation of the Pastry Kitchen, assisting with the preparation, production, and presentation of a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods across the hotel. Working closely with the Pastry Chef de Partie and wider culinary team, you will develop your skills in a luxury hospitality environment while contributing to the high standards of quality and consistency associated with Four Seasons.
