Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Bakery Chef de Partieto join the team.

Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Sous chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your Role:

As a Bakery Chef de Partie you will bean integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. You will work closely with our Head Baker to supervise in the preparation and production of all pastry and bread items.
