Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Back of House Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
The role: As a Back of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations. You will support the Stewarding leadership team in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the pot wash and dishwashing areas, ensuring all kitchen and restaurant materials are properly maintained and hygienically cleaned.
What you will do:
- Supervise the daily operations of the dishwasher areas.
- Ensure all dishes, silverware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
