Job Description About Four Seasons Hampshire Discover the charm of Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, nestled within a restored 18th-century manor set against the tranquil backdrop of the English countryside. Located just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London, the grounds span over 500 acres and the hotel offers a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and 24-hour room service. About the role Join our Food and Beverage team in Hampshire, expertly providing a luxury dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include training, lead and coach employees in the hotels F&B operation. Serving guests’ orders, having excellent knowledge of menu items to make personalised suggestions to guests. Ensuring standards of service are maintained at all times, setting and clearing tables, anticipating guest needs and accurately closing guest checks. This role is suited to individuals who are passionate about providing luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction by going the extra mile.
