About the role As the first and last impression of Four Seasons Hampshire, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. You will play a pivotal role by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests. Assuming overall responsibility for hotel operations whilst on shift. The Hotel Assistant Manager / Duty Manager will work closely with Senior Management on providing a luxury experience throughout the guest journey. Working as part of the Front Office team, you will be running shifts across both days and nights, leading by example to create a memorable guest experience for our guests and operating in accordance with the hotel brand standards ensuring seamless workflow and processes at the front desk. What you will do Meeting and greeting guests. Ensuring the highest standards of guest care and attention, including handling guest complaints in all areas of the hotel. Flexibility is essential to work across both day & night shifts. Maintain a visible presence in the lobby during peak times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service. Schedule and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage during all shifts. Oversee the accuracy of guest billing. Prepare daily reports for morning meetings. Oversee the handling of emergencies, security issues, or unexpected situations, ensuring guest safety. What you bring High attention to detail and commitment to a luxury quality.
