About the location:

Set in a restored 18th-century manor in the English countryside, just 40 minutes from London, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers a welcoming home away from home. Surrounded by 500 acres of bucolic landscape, our hotel provides an unrivalled escape with access to nature, wildlife, and outdoor experiences. Our facilities cater to guests with seasonal food and drink options, spa treatments, pop-ups, and event spaces featuring sustainable innovations.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Fleet and Farnham, and 45 minutes from London. It offers a variety of restaurants focusing on local produce, banqueting for 200 guests, and 24-hour room service, providing guests with a range of options.

Role Overview:

As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive. Your responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly welcome all guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their spa visit.
  2. Manage spa bookings, inquiries, and payments via phone, email, and in person.
  3. Maintain accurate records of reservations, client preferences, and treatment schedules.
  4. Assist with guest check-in/check-out and provide information on spa services and facilities.
  5. Liaise with therapists and the spa team to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
  6. Keep the spa reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting.
  7. Promote spa products and services to enhance guest wellness and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, ideally in luxury hospitality or wellness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with spa booking systems and basic IT skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
