We’re looking for a highly organized and service-drivenSales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, taking care of both Park Lane and Hampshire. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Assisting the Middle East Sales manager on their daily tasks e.g. creating and amending bookings, working on quotations, group resumes, contracts, invoices etc.

Manage reactive group inquiries from initial lead through to signed contract.

Monitor and action the Middle East Sales inbox as needed.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Sales Manager across both Reservations and Sales functions

Coordinate and host site visits, show rounds, and client events
-
Arrange travel and logistics for clients and team members as needed

Support the wider sales team when needed.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support sales planning and forecasting
What You Bring:

At least one year of experience in a similar sales or coordination role, ideally within hospitality

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Fluency in written and spoken English

Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce systems is a plus

Flexibility to travel to other UK properties and work occasional weekends or varied shifts
