The Regional Director of Sales - Europe is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Directors to drive revenue growth for the FS portfolio globally. With a deep understanding of the luxury travel market, the Director will cultivate meaningful relationships across key accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to influence and collaborate across the broader Commercial organization, ensuring seamless integration of sales strategies that support long-term business growth. Additionally, the Director will contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects, bringing strategic insight and leadership to elevate our position in a competitive market.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the European Worldwide Sales Office team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned segments.
- Lead the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
- Drive performance via clear objectives and revenue targets.
- Use market insights to create innovative sales strategies.
- Adapt plans to diverse European markets.
- Lead property support initiatives like FAM trips and activations.
- Manage and mentor regional sales teams.
- Hold regular 1:1s, strategy, and team meetings.

What You Bring:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
- Previous experience in a Marketing role is considered an asset.
- 5+ years leading and managing a Sales team.
