About the role:
As a Head Waiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless running of the restaurant. You’ll lead by example, delivering highly efficient and effective service while maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort and safety. You’ll support the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations and help maximise food and beverage sales through personalised service and attention to detail.
Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver confident, engaging service and lead the team during service periods

Lead a section of the restaurant

Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams

Support the Assistant Manager with daily operations and team supervision

Anticipate guest needs and personalise each interaction

Maintain a polished, professional presence and uphold Four Seasons standards

Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
What you bring:

Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior server in a luxury or high-end restaurant

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A proactive, team-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Schedule and hours:

This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
