The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. As Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our guests and various hotel departments. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and smooth coordination of activities, requests, and services across the hotel. Your exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities will allow you to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks to guarantee our guests receive the highest level of service.
What you will do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate between guests and departments (front desk, housekeeping, concierge, spa, dining, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Utilize various hotel management systems to track, manage, and follow up on guest requests and services.
- Monitor guest activity and ensure that all special requests, bookings, and amenities are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and events to provide guests with accurate information.
- Assist with pre-arrival planning and special occasion coordination to ensure personalized guest experiences.
- Respond to guest feedback and assist in creating improvements based on guest suggestions and needs.
