Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a creative and passionate Event Sales Manager .

Our first floor is home to six beautiful event spaces with an additional stunning room on the tenth floor of Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, TEN. We pride ourselves on delivering impeccable, personalised service, and creating the ideal setting for social events, meetings, and conferences.

What you will do:

  • Proactively and reactively sell our event spaces.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to create memorable experiences.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.

  • Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and represent Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane at industry events and networking functions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution, exceeding guest expectations.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to remain competitive.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in event sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

  • A proactive and creative approach to event planning and sales.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business objectives.
