We are looking for Bank Registered Nurses to join our regional Bank team, working across multiple Care Homes within a specified region. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need a current NMC registration, up-to-date clinical knowledge, and willingness to travel to different Homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting care staff across locations to deliver excellent care
- Developing care plans and risk assessments in line with regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation using modern technology
- Managing medication in accordance with policies and legislation
- Providing clinical guidance and support to team members
