Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of international client accounts
- Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met across different regions
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate trackers and provide regular client updates
- Analyse data and management information to support reporting and decision-making
- Work closely with internal and international teams to ensure a seamless client experience
