A growing and highly ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the business at a particularly exciting point in its growth journey. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will suit a commercially minded and proactive marketing professional who can take full ownership of the firm’s HubSpot platform and lead the delivery of end-to-end digital campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment where they can genuinely influence and shape marketing activity, rather than simply supporting it and work alongside an experienced Marketing Director to learn from and grow with.
The Opportunity
- You will be their internal HubSpot Subject Matter Expert, taking responsibility for the setup, optimisation, management, and ongoing development of the platform.
- The role requires someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware — capable of building campaigns that support wider business objectives, improve client engagement, and drive lead generation.
- The firm is looking for a genuine self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple stakeholders, and bringing new ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the HubSpot platform across the business.
- Manage and optimise CRM functionality, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Create, build, and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, and automated workflows.
- Build landing pages, forms, and campaign assets within HubSpot.
- Segment audiences and manage database marketing activity.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
- Ensure best practice across marketing systems, processes, and data management.
