I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a Receptionist, for a temporary period of four weeks. In this role you will get involved in the following tasks:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Confidently handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • General administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls and directing customer queries to the relevant person
  • Confidently using computer systems to handle bookings, maintain records, and manage communications

To be considered for this role you must be available immediately and have previous experience working as a Receptionist. Strong communication skills, being well organised and able to work proactively off your own initiative are all essentials for this role. Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
