This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the platforms, optimising campaigns, analysing performance, and driving commercial growth.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage agencies-you'll be directly responsible for building, executing and optimising digital campaigns across a portfolio of established brands.
Working closely with senior marketing leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering ecommerce growth, improving digital performance and providing meaningful reporting that supports business decisions.
The Role You'll be responsible for: Owning the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok.
Building and optimising Google Ads campaigns, including Shopping and Performance Max.
Producing clear performance reporting, using blended metrics such as MER and CAC alongside ecommerce data rather than relying solely on platform-reported ROAS.
Bringing paid media activity in-house and taking ownership of campaign execution from end to end.
Managing CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email, SMS and audience segmentation.
Supporting ecommerce performance through conversion optimisation, product page improvements, subscription and repeat purchase initiatives.
Working alongside marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial results.
Turning campaign data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
About You We're keen to speak with candidates who: Have strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and Google Ads.
Are confident working directly within advertising platforms rather than relying solely on agency support.
Have experience with ecommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.
Understand key digital performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR and CVR.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced SME environment where initiative, ownership and problem-solving are valued.
Have experience of CRM, email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns.
Are commercially minded, analytical and passionate about using data to drive growth.
What's on Offer Salary of £40,000-£50,000 DOEBonus scheme The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.
A varied, hands-on role with real ownership and autonomy.
The chance to work across multiple consumer brands and influence digital strategy.
