Working with a fast-growing healthcare business that is expanding rapidly across the UK and Europe following major recent investment. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of digital performance across paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM (HubSpot), automation, and analytics.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' digital marketing experience who wants to help build a multi-market digital engine from the ground up across the UK and Europe.
You will be responsible for:
- Website performance, UX and conversion optimisation
- Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign management
- SEO growth across multiple markets
- HubSpot CRM setup, automation and lead scoring
- GA4, attribution and performance dashboards
- Supporting campaign activity and event landing pages
Ideal background:
- Paid social/search experience - hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns.
- Strong SEO and GA4 knowledge
- HubSpot or similar CRM exposure
- Confident with reporting and lead generation metrics
- Experience across European markets and if you speak a European language is a bonus
