This position supports daily cash management, funding processes, and transaction reconciliation while maintaining accurate financial records. The role also acts as a key link between the lender and its joint broker, ensuring smooth communication, aligned data, and timely movement of funds.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily bank activity and update cash flow and liquidity trackers.
  • Prepare and process loan drawdowns, redemptions, and all outgoing payments.
  • Reconcile transactions between the lender and the joint broker company, resolving any discrepancies quickly.
  • Maintain accurate treasury spreadsheets, funding logs, and internal financial records.
  • Confirm funding requirements and deal details with the broker partner.
  • Monitor, reconcile & maintain funding lines.
  • Support month end reconciliations and provide data for internal reporting.
  • Assist with short term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Ensure all treasury processes follow internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Audit on existing funding lines.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of Aryza loan management system and Sage 200 desirable.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence working with financial data.
  • Good Excel skills, including maintaining trackers and using basic formulas.
  • Understanding of payments, reconciliations, and cash flow processes.
  • Experience in a finance, treasury, accounts, or operations role.
  • Clear communication skills for working with internal teams and a joint broker partner.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a fast paced small team environment.
  • Familiarity with lending processes or financial services (beneficial but not essential).
  • Qualified in either CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
