A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team. In this role you will provide high-quality and professional HR support across the business, as well as building effective relationships with key stakeholders to drive the HR strategy and ensure consistency.
Here are some of the things you will do in this role:
- Coaching Managers through complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law at all times
- Supporting with change projects including restructuring and consultations
- Working with Managers to build their confidence and capability in people management
- Delivering training sessions to Managers
- Supporting with the ongoing review of internal HR policies and procedures
- Guiding Managers through the recruitment and selection process, also ensuring effective onboarding
- Producing HR reports with analysis and recommendation
- Contributing to other HR projects, such as around culture and engagement
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR generalist that is able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills along with an excellent knowledge of employment law. My client is also looking for a candidate that takes pride in their work and demonstrates enthusiasm in everything they do.
