We are now looking for a Resourcer to play a vital role in supporting our Director\’s with the appointment of senior hires.
About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and support our Executive division at a senior level. As a Resourcer, you\’ll be responsible for mapping the market, identifying high-calibre talent, and staying up to date with the latest industry movements across the North West.
You\’ll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver outstanding executive search assignments – from analysing organisational structures, to proactively identifying and approaching key individuals. It\’s a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone with excellent commercial awareness, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine interest in the business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market mapping and organisational research across target sectors and geographies
- Identifying and tracking high-calibre candidates
- Holding initial conversations with shortlisted candidates, arranging interviews and relaying feedback
- Monitoring industry news, leadership moves, and company updates within the North West business community
- Maintaining accurate candidate data and search documentation
- Supporting long-term relationship building across our Executive network
