I am excited to be partnering with our client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is an ideal role for a HR professional looking for breadth, autonomy and progression. This is a hands-on role where you will coach and upskill Managers both internally and across their client base.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on the following:

  • Guiding Managers through ER cases, putting employment law into practice
  • Conducting investigations
  • Leading on absence and performance issues
  • Delivering training to Managers across all areas of HR
  • Advising Managers in relation to organisational change / workforce planning
  • Note taking and advising during HR meetings, producing outcome letters
  • Supporting with the implementation of a variety of HR initiatives and people projects
  • Updating and rolling out HR policies
