We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare business.
This is a commercially focused role, responsible for driving customer acquisition, referral growth and market penetration across the UK.
We’re particularly keen to hear from marketers with experience in healthcare and/or marketing into the NHS, with a strong understanding of engaging healthcare professionals and referral audiences.
The role
- Develop and deliver the annual growth marketing plan.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, events, PR and referral marketing.
- Develop targeted campaigns for healthcare professionals, NHS and referral audiences.
- Support sales with effective acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns.
- Identify local market opportunities and develop targeted growth plans.
- Use CRM, segmentation and automation to improve conversion.
- Manage budgets, agencies and external partners.
- Track performance and demonstrate commercial ROI.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in growth, campaign or marketing management.
- Healthcare and/or NHS marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Commercial and data-driven approach.
- Strong stakeholder, project and budget management skills.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation, ideally HubSpot.
