Job Title – Office Manager Salary – £28,000 – £32,000 Location – Chorley A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a well-established and professional business based in the Chorley area. This is a busy, varied and hands-on role where you will take ownership of the smooth running of the office, ensuring both the team and visiting clients have the best possible experience. Our client are open to considering full-time or reduced hours for this role. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors – creating a welcoming environment, managing meeting rooms and showing clients around the office Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything is organised and efficient Managing office systems, processes and records, keeping everything up to date and compliant Stock control – ordering and maintaining supplies so the team always has what they need Coordinating travel and accommodation for directors and senior staff Liaising with external suppliers, service providers and contractors as required Supporting with HR administration including onboarding and inductions for new starters Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries promptly and professionally# Coordinating diaries, meetings, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly Supporting compliance administration and maintaining accurate documentation Assisting with ad-hoc projects and providing wider team support where required The ideal candidate: You\’ll be highly organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
