I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for an ambitious HR Advisor, someone who is keen to learn and wants to build on existing HR experience. Working as part of a busy HR team, supporting the business through a significant period of growth in this role you will support with the following:
- Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
- Leading on absence and performance management
- Supporting with investigations
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Rolling out of new HR policies
- Maintaining employee records and producing reports on HR metrics
- Building relationships with Managers
- Supporting with the delivery of a variety of HR projects
This is an ideal role for someone who already has some Advisor level experience, but you don’t need to be the finished article – if you have a real appetite for learning this is a great opportunity to broaden your knowledge, there isn’t much you won’t get exposure to in this role!
A proactive and solutions focussed mindset along with a real can-do attitude are also paramount for success in this fast-paced environment.
