A client of mine is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their growing people team.

This is a busy and varied role where you will support Managers in managing their vacancies and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

Key responsibilities: Building relationships with Managers to understand their hiring requirements Advertising job vacancies Sourcing candidates Conducting interviews and telephone screenings Managing the onboarding process Using the ATS system to record candidate information and producing reports Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience gained either in an internal or agency environment, and will have a creative and solutions focussed approach to work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at pace are also key for this role.
