A growing and highly ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the business at a particularly exciting point in its growth journey.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will suit a commercially minded and proactive marketing professional who can take full ownership of the firm’s HubSpot platform and lead the delivery of end-to-end digital campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment where they can genuinely influence and shape marketing activity, rather than simply supporting it and work alongside an experienced Marketing Director to learn from and grow with.
The role requires someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware — capable of building campaigns that support wider business objectives, improve client engagement, and drive lead generation.
- Manage and optimise CRM functionality, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Create, build, and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, and automated workflows
- Build landing pages, forms, and campaign assets within HubSpot
- Segment audiences and manage database marketing activity
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
- Ensure best practice across marketing systems, processes, and data management
You’ll already have strong experience working within a digital marketing role focused heavily on HubSpot and marketing automation.
- Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot within a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, CRM management, email marketing, and reporting
- Experience delivering end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing activity to business growth objectives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
- Previous experience within professional services or the legal sector
- Broader digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, and content marketing
