A fast-growing, PE-backed law firm is looking to bring in a CRM & Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to support a major phase of CRM and marketing development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing systems, improving processes, and delivering digital campaigns that make a measurable impact. You'll play a key role in developing the firm's HubSpot platform, supporting CRM projects, and driving marketing activity across multiple business areas.

Working within a small, experienced team, you'll have plenty of autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders. Whilst the role is initially on a contract basis, there is a strong likelihood of it becoming a permanent position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the rollout and ongoing development of HubSpot across several business areas
  • Building and improving workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
  • Supporting a major CRM integration project alongside an external technology partner
  • Planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Managing data quality, segmentation, and audience targeting within HubSpot
  • Supporting wider digital marketing activity, including content creation, social media and events
  • Helping drive HubSpot adoption through training and best-practice support
