I am currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager for one of the fastest growing brands in the North West.

Working for a highly acquisitive Ecommerce business you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including management accounts, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key focuses include: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee and coordinate the month end process Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations Manage year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.

Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts.

Monitor variances and proactively manage financial performance Manage cash flow, inventory financing, and working capital for a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team and across the organisation Suitable candidates will ideally have worked in Ecommerce, retail or manufacturing, have previously worked at Financial Controller level and be able to demonstrate examples of implementing best practice in their teams.
