Our client, a well established and highly regarded organisation based in Clitheroe, is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
You will provide an accurate, efficient and professional payroll administration service while supporting the day to day management of the HR and payroll systems across the organisation.
- Ensure timely monthly payroll input
- Input and maintain payroll, pension and employee data across HR systems
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity
- Respond to payroll and HR related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support payroll audits and carry out regular system checks
Strong administration and organisational abilities are required, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience of HR or payroll systems would be advantageous.
