With a portfolio of four beauty brands sold across the UK and international markets, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced brand and marketing leader to shape strategy, elevate brand presence and drive commercial growth across multiple channels.

Working closely with the Founder and as part of the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the marketing strategy across the portfolio; strengthening brand positioning, accelerating digital performance, growing ecommerce revenue and building high-value retail partnerships. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial SME environment where they can make a visible impact.

The Role

As Head of Brand & Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of brands. You'll be responsible for ensuring each brand has a clear proposition, strong market presence and a commercially effective go-to-market approach. You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales and ecommerce teams to deliver impactful campaigns, unlock growth opportunities and build a best-in-class brand and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and development of four distinct beauty brands
  • Use consumer insight, market data and trends to inform brand, product and campaign decisions
  • Own the digital marketing strategy across Paid Social (Meta / TikTok), Paid Search, CRM, email marketing, influencer and organic social
  • Develop and deliver ecommerce growth strategies across owned websites and retail platforms
  • Partner closely with sales to create trade marketing and retail activation plans that support growth
  • Strengthen relationships with retail partners and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong performance and measurable ROI
  • Oversee creative direction across campaigns, launches, content and brand assets

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded, ambitious marketing leader with a strong track record of growing brands in a fast-moving consumer environment. You'll likely bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in brand and marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience within beauty is essential
  • A proven track record of building and scaling brands within an SME or founder-led environment
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, particularly across Meta and TikTok advertising
  • Experience developing successful retail, trade marketing and commercial partnerships
  • A solid understanding of ecommerce growth, customer acquisition and digital performance
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering clear, measurable ROI
  • Strong creative instincts with experience across campaign development, photoshoots and briefing creative teams
  • The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, depending on the needs of the business

Why Apply?

  • Join a high-growth global beauty business at an exciting stage of its journey
  • Work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team in a highly visible role
  • Take ownership of a multi-brand portfolio with genuine scope to shape strategy and growth
  • Early finish every Friday
