A hugely successful growing business needs a creative and driven Junior Marketing & Design Coordinator to join their growing team. This entry-level role offers the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about design and marketing, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You’ll work closely with the team to assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and digital assets. With training and support, you’ll develop key skills using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) while contributing to the development of creative marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the design of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Support the scheduling of social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Work with the wider team to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Help maintain the company website and digital platforms.
  • Develop your skills with hands-on training in design, branding, and digital marketing.
