Junior Finance Administrator
Location: Warrington- hybrid working
Salary: circa Β£24,000- Β£26,000 DOE
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised Junior Finance Administrator to join a fast-growing business based in Warrington.
In this role you\βll be a key player in delivering top-tier finance and support to global clients. You\βll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ropes of domestic and international accounting, supplier coordination and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who\βs ready to take the next step, or for someone with some prior experience in finance/accounts who\βs looking to secure a great entry-level opportunity. It\βs a chance to learn quickly, build solid foundations, and make a real impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing and reconciliations
- Support with the preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and filings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Track supplier invoices and process expenses
- Maintain task calendars to meet recurring deadlines
- Use finance software and systems to manage data
- Help streamline processes and suggest improvements
- Maintain digital filing systems
