I am currently supporting a client of mine based in the Blackrod area with their search for an Installation Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service.
The key areas of responsibility for this role will include:
- Liaising daily with clients, customers and site managers
- Scheduling installations for new products
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries in relation to orders
- Administrative duties
- Liaising with other internal departments as needed
My client is looking for someone that is well-organised and methodical in their approach, able to work well as part of a team and with good interpersonal skills. Being competent with Microsoft Office is also important for this role.
Please note in the main this role is Monday-Friday but they do currently require the successful candidates to work approximately 1 in every 6 Saturday mornings.
