With over 12 years of success in this space, we work with a wide range of clients, from high-growth SMEs to larger corporates, supporting everything from their first HR hire through to senior appointments at HRD and CPO level. We’re now looking for an experienced HR recruiter to join the team and help us continue to grow.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing both interim and permanent HR assignments across a wide range of sectors and industries. We operate a 360 model, so you’ll have full ownership of your desk, backed by a strong brand, a loyal network, and a values-led culture that prioritises quality over quantity.
Alongside recruitment, Four HR is proud to add real value to our network through:
- Four Connect HR – our networking group with over 200 members
- Quarterly HR events across the North West
- Regular market insight reports shared with our clients and candidates
- A new HRD/CPO group launching this year
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for HR roles across the North West
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Attending client meetings and relevant networking events
- Writing engaging job adverts and screening quality candidates
- Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
- Providing consultative advice and market insights
- Supporting HR-focused events and marketing campaigns
