  • Supporting HR-focused events and marketing campaigns

What We Offer

  • A permanent 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
  • Hybrid working – 2 days per week in our Adlington office
  • Genuine flexible working – we’re a family-first organisation that understands life happens. Whether it’s the school run, a sports day, or an appointment, we trust our team to manage their time and put family first without question.
  • Competitive basic salary and up to 25% commission (uncapped)
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave
  • Monthly team socials, well-being initiatives, and company-wide events
  • A warm desk with an established client base and strong brand presence in the market
