A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Strategic Business Partner to join a fast-growing client of mine. Working as part of the broader people team this role is being recruited initially on a 12 month FTC basis and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to support the leadership team in driving a high performing culture, with a focus on the areas of embedding culture and values, talent management and succession planning, engagement and leadership development.

Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:

  • Working with the business to translate HR strategy into clear objectives that align to the business strategy
  • Really getting under the skin of the areas of the business you will be supporting to understand the business, key financial and operational issues, and using this to drive strategic discussions
  • Leading on talent mapping and succession planning, leadership development, retention and engagement
  • Interpreting data to drive decision making and influence key stakeholders
  • Identifying solutions to people-based issues
  • Coaching leaders
  • Supporting on a variety of people projects

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience working in a strategic business partnering role, strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in driving strategic objectives.

Please note this is a remote first role, with some travel to sites in the South East required so on that basis it is preferable that the successful candidate is based in this area. My client is also happy to consider this role being worked on a full time or 4 day a week basis.
