A great opportunity has arisen for a HR and Talent Advisor to join a growing client of mine in the Chorley area. This is a brand-new role that has been created to support a growing business.
Working as part of the people team you will support with the following:
- Partnering with Managers to understand role requirements, advising on the best methods of talent attraction
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Writing and posting job adverts, sourcing of candidates using a variety of methods, shortlisting and supporting with interviews
- Working with the marketing team on the employer brand
- Supporting the People Manager with a variety of HR projects such as the implementation of a new HR system and rolling out of a new employee handbook
- Being the first point of contact to Managers for HR queries
